Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for hunting apparel?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items used in the field cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.
Are Drake Waterfowl products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents occurring during use.
How should I care for my waterproof G3-Flex and technical fabrics?
To maintain high-performance waterproofing, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a specialized technical fabric cleaner and air drying. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
