At Drake Waterfowl, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
